Ingredients

1kgcarrots
As neededoil
2.5mlgarlic salt
To tastepeppercorns crushes
1avo
Halfcucumber
1 discFeta
4Radishes
To tasteOlive oil
1 packetMix salad leaves
1lemon

Steps

Cut carrots in lengthwise quarter. Cook in 180°C oven with oil until soft (20-30 minutes). Take out of the oven. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Leave to cool down

Into your salad bowl place your mix leaves, sliced radishes, cubed avo and crushed feta.

Add carrots in the bowl and sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Mix through and enjoy
