First, roast and sweat the peppers. Then remove the skin and seeds. Slice them into strips and set aside.

Finely chop the onion. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent.

Reduce to low heat and add the pepper strips, corn, and cheese. Cook for about 5-10 minutes.

Next, add the sour cream. Season with chicken bouillon powder to taste, mix, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Ready to serve.
