Steps

Heat oil in cooker. - Add bay leaves, Black cardamom & cinnamon.

Add onion & cook till turns brown. - In the mean time, wash & peel potatoes. Make deep slit into each potato.

Add potatoes in the cooker & cook for 5 minutes.

Grind garlic cloves, ginger & roughly chopped onion to make paste. - Add prepared paste, black pepper, dry red chilli, green cardamom, mace, clove, Shah jeera,Pather phool,jeera,Kabab Chini,salt, turmeric powder & coriander powder.

Mix well and cook for 4-5 mints on medium flame. - Close the lid & pressure cook for 1 Whistle.

Serve hot with Chapatis or Paranthas.
