Take a pan add water,cardamom powder,and all dry fruits,sugar and soaked saffron mix and boil for sugar dissolved.Keep a side.

Take a wok add clarified butter then clarified butter hot add semolina riast at till brown colour then add sugar syrup mix abd make a thick consistency.

Tske a serving bowl pour halwa and after 5 minutes turn hakwa in a serving plate garnish tutti frutti and whole csahews.
