250 gramsmawa grated and crushed Cardamom powder
150 gramsanjeer chopped
50 gm cashewnut chopped
50 grampistachios chopped
50 gramalmond chopped
1 tbspnEverest milk masala
1 cupMaida flour
1 cupSugar syrup as required
50 gmchironji

Roast mawa with anjeer till mixed properly

Now mix all dry fruit in it

Roll Puri from dough stuff anjeer mix in it fold gujiya
4

Dip fry in oil and dip in chashni.

Serve by garnished with almond and pistachio chopped
