First boil the water in deep pan add palak leaves in it for 5-6 min. Nw strain it and grind it in the grinder

Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds. Hing. Then add onion fry it untill it turns brown nw add ginger garlic paste.green chilli and tomato saute well fry for 2 min now add all spices saute untill the masala leaves oil

Now add palak puree let it cook 8 to 10 min. Add paneer and mix it well cook for 2 min.

You can serve the palak paneer with roti.
