Ingredients

  • 1 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 2 tspHot oil
  • For Filling
  • 1-2 cupTuwar Lilawa seeds (Wet seed)
  • 1 tspGaram Masala 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1 tspGarlic chopped
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1Chilli chopped
  • 1 tspGram flour
  • 1/2 tspFennel seeds
  • 1/2 tspFlax seeds
  • 1 tspOil (for Filling Tadka)
  • 1/2Pan oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, flour, soda and salt, pouring hot oil. Add water and roast it well.

    Add 1 tsp of oil in the frying pan and heat it on low flame, add cumin seeds, asafoetida. Add sugar, garlic and chopped garlic till it becomes brown.

    Now add sauce, lilva, all spices, salt and gram flour and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and smashed Potato and cook it for 1 minute, stirring well.

    Now make small roti of flour, put a cut from the knife on one side. Looking at the following illustrations, give the cut and fill the spicy filling.

    Turn the roti (bread) out on filling from the bottom side. Put the cut parts on each other, stick it and cover the filling again

    Now deep fry it in oil till golden brown and crispy

    Serve hot with sauce and chilli
