Boil the potatoes and peel them,in a fry pan heat oil and add cumin seeds,asafoetida,red chillies and let them crackle..add boiled potatoes and fry,stirring them occasionally,let the potatoes get light brown each side equally,it will give a crispy texture to the potatoes which will taste amazing while eating with pooris.

Now add dry roasted spices and give it a good mix with the potatoes by tossing them occasionally,finally add green curry paste and keep stirring unless the raw smell is entirely gone..you need to toss them for 12 to 15 mns occasionally..

Finally it should look like as shown in the picture..those who likes tangy spicy food can sprinkle some chat masala or dry mango powder..serve hot with any kind of poori,I prefer to eat with beetroot poori..
