Firstly take a papad and grees it with amul buttre the other side take a bowl and mix the ingredients tomato, onion,green chilli, corriender leave,sprinkle black pepper, salt, lemon juice chaat masala and mix it well.

Now we have to gas on the burnol on meadium flame use non stick tawa on it roast the papad on tawa put butter side firstly on tawa.

Papad becomes ligtly brown then put the papad in plate and let it leave for 2second for become crispy put the mixture on papad and garnish with cheez

Now butter masala papad is ready to serve you can serve it with mint sauce also..
