Cooking Instructions

Wash the bitter gourd properly. And cut into two pieces.And boil with 1/2 tsp of salt.and take out the seeds of bittergourd.and rest for 25 to 30 min.

Heat two tsp of oil in a pan,add the washed bitter gourd,and cook untill it's turn golden brown. Remove it from the pan and keep aside for a while.

Heat 2tablespoon of oil in another pan,add the sliced cut onions and fry till translucent or untill it's turn till golden brown. Remove it fro heat and kewp aside.noq take a pan add 1tablespoon coriander seeds,1tsp fennel seeds,1tsp cumin seeds,1/2tsp methi seeds,1tap poppy seeds,sry roast in a karhai for 3 min.remove it from the heat. And transfer it to the blender,into a finw powder.

Heat 2tablespoon of veg oil in a skillet,add hing, and stir well.then add onions,and fry till it's turn light brown in colour.

Now,add the chopped tomatoes,and saute till it's become soft and pulpy.cook for 3 to 5 min in a medium heat.add 1 /2tsp of turmeric,salt,1/2tsp red chilli powder,and mix it well.cover it with a lid and cook for about 10 min on a mwdium heat.

Noq add the blended masala,fried onions,amd mix properly.and coom for 5 min.on a medium heat.

Add 1/2tsp amchur powder and mix it qell and stir for sometime.lightly fry the karela pieces to garnish on the top.Serve hot with roti.
