    Cut the carrots and keep aside.parboil rice rinse and and boil back again add salt to taste and boil untill is done.pour in the carrots let the heat softens the carrots.

    Blend the pepper and tomatoes.boil and let the water reduce very well,heat up vegetable oil fry onion,blended paste fry very well with continous stirring.

  3. 3

    Add salt,curry,star seasoning cubes and thyme.add little water if is too thick and boil for 5minutes to 10minutes.
