Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 1.1 lbsground beef with some fat (500 grams)
  • 2onions, finely chopped
  • 1green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Spices
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Ground coriander
  • Meat seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the meat.

  2. 2

    Add the onions and garlic (after squeezing excess water from the onions), then add the fresh cilantro, green bell pepper, baking powder, and spices. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Shape the mixture onto wooden skewers, wetting your hands with onion water.

  4. 4

    Grill and serve.
