  • 150 gomena
  • 4tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

    Wash omena with warm water then drain dry

  2. 2

    Heat oil till hot and dip the omena to dry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mix well

  4. 4

    Add salt and serve
