Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmaida / all purpose flour
  • 1 tspajwain / carom
  • 4 tspghee for moyam
  • As neededboil for frying
  • To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add maida, ghee for moyam and salt and knead dough keep it for rest for 30 minute.

  2. 2

    Now make a chapati and cut into strips and deep fry in hot oil

  3. 3

    Serve with tea.
