1 spoongarlic
1 teaspoonsesame oil

Put the salt and sesame oil into the minced meat and mix it.

Stir the egg with 1 cup plain water

Put the minced meat into the egg, and into a steamable bowl and steam it 10 minutes.

Oil fry the garlic until the garlic become gold colour.

Put the garlic at the steam egg, done.
