Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 cuptuver daal
  • 1 cupVegetables like cabbage, carrot, potato, brinjal, coliflower, peas, tomato,frenchbeans as your choice & aslo choice of quantities
  • Salt as per taste
  • To tasteMethia sambhar masala(pickle masala)
  • pinchHing
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspmustard seed
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 cuppeanut
  • Few curry leaves
  • 2 tspoil
  • 3 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak daal & rice for 1/2 hour. Cut the vegetables in small size

    Heat the ghee & oil in cooker. Put mustard seed, cumin seeds when it creckers add hing, curry patta, & peanut. Add vegetables & stir it. Add masala & mix properly.

    Add rice & daal. Mix it.add water around 3-4 glass.close the lid &
    cook up to 2-3 whistles.serve with kadhi.
