Picadillo with Potatoes

Steps
- 1
These are the ingredients I used, plus the tomato puree that’s missing from the photo! I add 1 tablespoon of paprika to my meat dishes, but it’s optional—just my personal preference.
- 2
Place the ground beef in a skillet with a little oil. Add the seasonings right away (I use measuring spoons: 1 tablespoon each of chicken bouillon, paprika, and garlic salt; 1/4 tablespoon each of granulated garlic and black pepper).
- 3
Dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- 4
Once the beef is browned, add the potatoes and stir until they become tender.
- 5
When the potatoes are cooked, add the tomato puree—use 1 or 2 cups (about 240–480 ml) depending on your preference. If you need more seasoning, add it now.
- 6
This is the last step! Let it simmer, and it’s ready to serve!
