First of all this rice, daliya and oats is soaked into water upto half an hour.

Then take a pressure cooker insert oil, one table spoon, then put chopped onion, curry leaves, beans, carrots, tomato and capsicum mix well.

Then insert here, soaked rice, daliya and oats, add haldi powder and salt then put one cup of water.

After then three whitshel of pressure cooker switch off the gas flame, and serve with chopped coriander leaves with roasted papad and boondi raita.
