Steps

For Bhaji:
Heat a large pan.Add one tsp oil. Add 2 tsps of butter. - 2
As soon as the butter melts, add one stone flower, 2 chopped onions, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger & garlic. Saute on a medium flame till it translucents.

Now add chopped beans, carrot, bell pepper & grated cabbage. Give it a nice stire.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,pav bhaji masala & salt to taste. Mix it very well.

Add chopped tomatoes & 2 tbsps tomato puree as well. Cook until it becomes soft.

Add boiled & mashed potatoes. Mix it well.

With a potato masher, mash the veggies. Cook it on a medium flame till oil separates.

Add 2 cups of water, mix well and allow it to cook. Keep stirring in between.

Add ½ cup of green peas and cook according to your required consistency.

For Frying Pav:
Heat a tawa and add butter. Keep the flame low - 11
When the butter begins to melt add schezwan sauce, chopped cilantro and mix well.

Cut the pav into halve and place it on the butter.

Roast both the sides until light golden colour and crispy.

Serving:
Place the hot pav and bhaji on a serving plate, add some dollop of butter. Garnish it with chopped onions, Chopped cilantro & lemon slices.
