For Koftas : Take a bowl. Mix all ingredients. Bind it properly.

Now grease your hands and take little portion and make oval shape.

Fry on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour.
Keep aside. - 4
For Gravy : In a pan heat oil. Put jeera and all khada masala. Stir for a min.

Add GGC paste. Saute it. Add onion paste.

Cook till pinkish colour to remove it's rawness. Add tomato puree.

Mix well and cook till oil separates. Add curd, fresh cream and kaju paste. Mix well.

Add all dry spices and sugar. Mix it and add required amount of water.

Cover and cook till oil separates.
Now take a serving bowl. - 10
Put gravy and arrange Koftas over it and garnish it with coriander leaves and fresh cream.

Serve hot with Tandoori roti/ chappati.
