In a big bowl, put water

Add yeast

Add milk

Add sugar and salt

Add egg and beat

Add oil and allow it rest for five minutes

Add flour and mix

Knead for 5 minutes,cover with a towel and allow it to rest for 30 minutes

Rub oil on the dough,cut and allow it to rest for another 30 minutes

Bake!!!
