Plantain porridge with ugu leaves

Peel off the back of the plantain and cut into small pieces.. Wash and pour into your pot,put your ice fish,grounded pepper and crayfish, wash your ukpaka(oilbean) and also add to the pot,put your ingredients all in the pot then place on medium heat to Cook.. After about 5mins check and stire to incorporate all the ingredients and after about another 5mins,add your already sliced ugu leaves and cover the pot, after a minute, open and stir to incorporate the vegetable then bring it down

Your food is ready...Note you can use roasted fish or any fish or meat of your choice including intestine
