I'm sharing with you the chicken soup I make for my 9-month-old baby 😊. As you can see, it's super easy and he loves it!
Steps
- 1
Clean and prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Place all the ingredients in a small pot and set it on the stove. It's important to keep the heat low so all the ingredients release their flavors. Let it simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. The longer you let it cook, the more flavorful it will be.
- 3
Important! Prepare a bowl with cold water and a spoon to skim off any foam.
- 4
Strain the broth to separate the vegetables and add a handful of cooked chickpeas and some noodles. Simmer for three minutes on low heat.
- 5
Serve the broth with the noodles and chickpeas. You can also add shredded pieces of chicken and vegetables. Enjoy!
