Ingredients

  1. 3 cuprice
  2. 1 cupudad dal
  3. 1 cuprice poha
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 cupblanched spinach pury
  6. For coconut chutney ingredient
  7. 1 cupFresh grated coconut
  8. 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  9. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  10. 2spicy green chilli
  11. 1/4 cuproasted chana
  12. 1/4 cupcurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice and dal sepretly for 4 hours

  2. 2

    Soak rice poha 15 min. before grinning rice and dal.

  3. 3

    In a mixure jar add rice dal Salt and soaked poha, grind it smooth batter by adding required water.

  4. 4

    Let it ferment for 8 hours. Then add blanched spinach pury, mix well.

  5. 5

    In idli plate add 2 spoon of batter and let it boil for 15 min.

  6. 6

    For coconut chutney add all chutney ingredient in mixure jar and grind it smooth paste.

  7. 7

    In serving plate serve idli with coconut chutney.
