Soak rice and dal sepretly for 4 hours

Soak rice poha 15 min. before grinning rice and dal.

In a mixure jar add rice dal Salt and soaked poha, grind it smooth batter by adding required water.

Let it ferment for 8 hours. Then add blanched spinach pury, mix well.

In idli plate add 2 spoon of batter and let it boil for 15 min.

For coconut chutney add all chutney ingredient in mixure jar and grind it smooth paste.

In serving plate serve idli with coconut chutney.
