Oats vegetable idli

In a big bowl add oats powder, suji, curd and little water.mix it well and rest for 10minutes.

Now, Add all chopped veggies and salt and water for make perfect idli batter.

Preheat your idli cooker and grease idli moulds with oil.

Now add eno or baking soda and quickly mix the better and fill up moulds and steam for 20 minutes.

Check after 15 minutes with knife if it comes out clear then idli ready. Now serve with your favourite chuney or tomato ketchup.
