Prepare maida dough by adding salt,oil and water in maida and knead it.

Pinch a ball sided dough and flatten it. Dust flour as required and roll slightly thick. Prick the flattened dough with fork.

Place a small katori and wrap the dough.Trim off excess making sure the dough has covered well. Deep fry in hot oil.Fry till it turns golden and crisp.Drain off over kitchen paper and keep aside.

Prepare chaat by assembling katori in a plate.

Add in chana, potato,onion and tomato.Mix well.Put it in the katori.Now put ½ tsp green chutney, 1 tsp tamarind chutney, 1tsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp curd.

Also sprinkle cumin powder and salt.

Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
