Cauliflower coconut milk soup Cauliflower coconut milk soup
Found a big cauliflower at the market with some damage got it for 50p. Good for a warming soup. Gave it a little twist with things sitting in my rather full pantry. Annik B -
Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu
I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it ! ifuchi -

Easy Warming Turnip and Soy Milk Soup Easy Warming Turnip and Soy Milk Soup
I wanted to make something simple and warming with turnip, and thought soup might be best.Kids also enjoy this, but they may prefer dairy milk to soy milk. To fully enjoy the taste of the turnip, you might not want to use any garnish, but it's nice with dried herbs such as parsley or carrot leaves. You could also sprinkle in some Parmesan cheese before serving.
