  • Quick strawberry dessert

  • 500 gmsStrawberries 🍓
  • 5-6 tbspSugar
  • 3 packetsTetra Cream
  • 1 cupCrushed digestive biscuits
  • half tinCocktail 🍹
  • Strawberry for garnish 🍓
  • Kiwi for garnish 🥝
  • 2 tablespoonsButter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sauce pan put strawberries and sugar and let it cook for 15-20mins on low medium heat mash them a bit but don't make a paste

  2. 2

    Remove the sauce from heat and cool them
    Chiperize biscuits with butter half set in dish and keep it in the fridge.
