First wash breasts with the water

Then add the little olive oil and few rosemarry mix it nicely.

Heat the pan add the breasts pieces fry and flip add remaining rosemarry with adding red chilli powder.

Add remaining olive oil,

Add the black pepper powder,salt and lemon juice,

Then put the chicken breasts in the oven and micro for ten minutes.

Then put it again in the gas oven

Add the one tablespoon of butter in the breasts pieces fry both sides

Healthy pan fried chicken is ready
