Grate the carrots after washing and peeling.

Take a pan and start boiling milk. Add the grated carrots and bring the mixture to boil. Then simmer

The milk starts to reduce after a while. Keep stirring.

Add ghee and sugar. And keep stirring.

Add powdered cardamom to it and cook until half.

At last add the cashew,almod,raisins chopped to the halwa.
