In a pressure cooker heat oil on low flame add cumin seeds start to crackle add diced onions and saute till they turn slightly pinkish.

Then add lauki, green chilli, lemon juice,coriander leaves, salt and black pepper and haldi stir these ingredients well.

Then pour water in the pan and allow the ingredients to boil for 1-2 minutes..

Close the lids and pressure cook them.once done transfer the mixture in a bowl and allow it to cool.

Blend the cooked mixture with a hand blender to form a soup like consistency.

Add some more amount of water and boil for three minutes.

Serve hot topping with some fresh mint leaves
