Grind spinach with green chillies and make a puree. Do not add much water

Take a bowl. Add all ingredients except oil. Make a batter. It should be neither thick not too thin. Just like we make dosas batter. Keep aside for 15 min.

Now take a non stick tawa. Heat. Pour one laddle full of batter. Cook nicely from both sides by applying little oil.

Enjoy healthy dosa.
