Steps

Take a bowl pour curd,oil, sugar and whisk it. Then add maida, baking powder, vanilla extract and mix it properly and make a cake batter.

When cake is ready and cool it completely. Then prick the cake..cut the slice in triangle shape for pastry.

Take a pan add sugar for caramel. When sugar is melt and turn in golden colour then add butter,salt and cream.

Salted caramel is ready..now take a triangle slice of cake spread the caramel

Now caramel pastry is ready.
