Heat a cadai pour oil put cumin seeds fri as splutter then pour water as 1:2keep boil water add salt,chana dal ghee

When water get bubbling add rice tavva keep mix well close lid for 5 mins,once ravva should perfectly cooked

Then take big mouth bowl put cooked rice rava mixer on it apply ghee on palms take small amount make it round shape as kudumulu as undrallu

For chutney...heat a pan put oil add mustard seeds,cumin,methi,red, green chilli fri 1 mins then transfer to the blender add salt,turmeric powder,garlic,jaggery,asfoeteda then blend nicely add cucumber pieces again blend 1mins

Take out chutney put into serving bowl garnish with onion,curry leaves ready to serve undrallu with sweet &sour mustard cucumber chutney
