Ingredients

  1. 300 gm- strawberry
  2. 1-11/2 cup- fresh curd
  3. 1/3 cup- fresh cream
  4. 2 tbsp- Rose water
  5. 1/2cup-sugar(according to your taste)
  6. 2-3- mint leaves
  7. 5-6pista finally chopped garnishing
  8. Fresh strawberry garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender jar add all the ingredients and blend 3-4 times and lump free mixture until smooth.

    Pour the lassi into the glass.
