Ingredients: 2 × 102g Canned Tuna fish in spring water drained; 2 Cups pasta shells cooked; 1/2 Cup loose Sweetcorn; 2 Tomatoes diced; 1/4 of small red onion chopped small; 1 stick celery chopped; Handful spinach; 1/2 a sweet pepper; 3 thick slices of cheddar cheese; 3 tbls Sour cream; 2 tbls Sweet Chilli

boil pasta

2 servings

2× 102g Canned Tuna fish in spring water drained
2 Cupspasta shells cooked
1/2 Cuploose Sweetcorn
2Tomatoes diced
1/4of small red onion chopped small
1 stickcelery chopped
Handfulspinach
1/2a sweet pepper
3thick slices of cheddar cheese
3 tblsSour cream
2 tblsSweet Chilli

Steps

boil pasta

Add the tuna to a mixing bowl add red onion also Tomatoes.

Now add the sweetcorn, 1 chopped stick of celery and sweet pepper.

Next Salt and Black pepper and 1 squeeze of a lemon. Then sprinkle a handful of spinach. Cut the cheddar cheese into little squares

Add the cheese to the mix and stir it to mix. Strain the water off the pasta shells and add to the mix. Stir to mix.

Add. Sour cream and sweet chilli mix in slowly until all is covered.

Add to a serving dish and add a little dribble if sweet Chilli on top.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
