Soak rice at least one hour before cooking. Boil water and add the rice to the water cook until it's mashed completely.

Remove from heat while its very thick add the mala and condensed milk and cardamon little by little u can also mix it while in the processor when done taste sugar and acidic level. Open up pomergrened and mix half in the pudding and half keep for dressing on top.u will get six to seven plates as on the picture.
