Steps

Heat oil, add shahjeera, jeera, saunf, cinnamon, Cardamom, cloves and slit green chillies

Add chopped onion and saute. Add veggies one by one beans, carrot, potato and peas

Add ground paste of coriander, mint. Ginger garlic paste and salt
- 4
Add the washed rice and two cups water and cook on low flame till done
- 5
Mix ghee, garnish with chopped coriander and serve with raita, gravy curry
