Soak rice and dal for 1/2 hour.

Heat pan pour 2 tbsp ghee.when ghee melts add saunf,green chilli,curry leaves,garlic,onion leaves,hing & saute for a while

Add lilava,green tomato,rice,dal salt, dhaniya jeera powder,grated coconut,chopped coriander and stir well

Add 2 Cups water and cook on slow flame

Tasty khichdi is ready.Serve hot khichdi with Green garlic Papad & Spring onion
