Ingredients

Group serving
  • 1 small bowlPuffed rice
  • 1small bowlBoiled black chickpeas
  • 1/2 cupToasted salted peanuts
  • 1/4cupRose powder coated toasted almonds
  • 2 small Boiled and cubed potato
  • 1/2cupChopped onion(opt)
  • 1/2 cupkellogg's corn flakes
  • 1/2cupBoiled sweet corns
  • 1Chopped tomato
  • 1/2Chopped organic cucumber
  • fewCoriander leaves
  • forSpices
  • 1/2 tbspBlack salt
  • 1/2 tspWhite salt (acc.to taste)
  • 1/4 tspRed pepper powder
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 1/2 tspToasted cumin powder
  • otherIngredients
  • 1/4 cupTamarind water
  • 1Lemon
  • 2-3 tbspNylon sev or potatoes lachha bhujia

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a large mixing bowl then add all the dry ingredients(puffed rice, corn flakes, salted peanuts, rose powder coated almonds)

    In second step mix wet ingredients(boiled black chickpeas,boiled &cubed potatoes, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, boiled corn)to the dry ingredients

    Add salt,black salt, red pepper powder, toasted cumin powder, chat masala and give a good mix

  4. 4

    Squeeze a lemon,add tamarind water at last, chopped coriander and give a quick mix

  5. 5

    Immediately transfer into a serving bowl unless it get soggy

  6. 6

    Garnish with some coriander leaves nylon sev or potatoes lachha bhujia and rose powder coated almonds & quick serve.

  7. 7

    Instruction_ Navratri has started in all over India,so I 'have skipped onion,u can also avoid onion on other day you can prepare with finely chopped onion.
