1medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cupfinely chopped parsley (about 15 grams)
Salt, to taste
Pinchallspice
Pinchblack pepper
Pinchground cloves

Mix all the ingredients together, then shape into small balls about the size of a walnut.

Thread the balls onto skewers, then place them on the grill and cook on both sides until browned.

Remove the kofta from the heat and serve.
