In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed garlic, cooked fava beans, and half of the cooked chickpeas. Mash them together until partially mashed.

Add salt, cumin, lemon juice, tahini, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 3 tablespoons of the fava bean cooking liquid. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the fava bean mixture to a serving dish, top with the remaining chickpeas, and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy!
