
White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream butter, sugars, vanilla and salt until well combined and slightly fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time. Scrape bowl between additions. Mix throughly.

Stir in flour & baking soda until no dry spots remain.

Fold in chocolate chips & nuts.

Scoop by round tablespoons and place on greased or lined baking sheet.

Bake 7-10 minutes. DO NOT over bake. Cookies are done when edges and highest peaks are golden brown and centers are set.

Remove from oven. Let cool on wire.
