Weekend was boring so I decided to to make some awesome cinnamon rolls, They are soooo sweet and smell heavenly.

Weekend was boring so I decided to to make some awesome cinnamon rolls, They are soooo sweet and smell heavenly.

Pour evaporated milk into a micro wave safe container, measure and add 2 table spoon of sugar wisk and warm the mixture making sure it is not hot when you put your finger in, Sprinkle in yeast

Set yeast mixture aside for 5 to 7 minutes until bubbly

Sieve your flour in a large bowl, add salt, add powdered milk,

Add remaining sugar, add slightly beaten egg, add oil
- 5
Mix ingredients together, pour in the yeast mixture, combine mixture together
- 6
Continue mixing with your hand, turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 20 minutes. (Get your hand towel ready, you are going to work some sweat)

Put dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with cling film and proof for 1 hour in a warm place. (I placed mine in the oven with a bowl of hot water).

Mix cinnamon powder and brown sugar and set aside

Take out the dough, deflate the air in it, roll out into a rectangular shape about 23 inch by 13 inch (yes I used a ruler) spread softened butter ensure you don't take it all to the way on one side

Sprinkle cinnamon/brown sugar mixture evenly, roll and pinch the end to seal, cut into desired size this can make 9 large or 18 medium rolls, I made 9.

Line baking tray with baking paper arrange and cover rolls and allow to proof again for another 1 hour, On your oven 15 minutes before the end of 1 hour, bake your rolls for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix icing sugar and cold milk, allow rolls to cool down for about 10 minutes, pour mixture over the rolls, allow to set then serve.
