  • 1 Cupcurd
  • 3 piecesginger
  • 3 piecesgarlic
  • Leavescoriander (appx. 8-10 petals)
  • Asafoetida
  • to tasteCrystal salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put required amount of crystal salt to curd and stir well. Crystal salt adds more taste to the buttermilk.

    Use Morter and pestle to grind the coriander, garlic and ginger.

    Add little bit asafoetida and required amount of water and whisk it thoroughly.

    If you don’t want the residue then use strainer and serve it.
