Khoya, elaichi powder, shakkar mix it well

Take 1 kadhai pour 1 glass water salt.when water is start to boiling then add the rice flour,mix well, cover it and switch off the flame,,after 10 min grease the hand and make a dough

Make small size katori and fill the khoya stuffing..and make all pulis like gujiya shape.

Boil the milk, add elaichi powder,sugar..and put all pulis in hot milk and cook them for 10 min

Garnish with pistachio.. Dudh puli is ready
