Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Pour beef broth in a large roasting pan add bay leaf.

Next combine all seasonings in a bowl. Cut 1/2 inch slits on the top of the roast. Rub seasoning all over the roast and in the slits.

Place roast in roasting pan. Put onion in each corner of the pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Cook for 6 hours. Once it's done transfer roast to a cookie sheet and shred.

Strain the liquid in the roasting pan. Add shredded pork and serve!
