Ingredients

12.5 hours
15-20 people
  1. 5-6 lbsPork Shoulder (bone in preferred)
  2. 4 cupsBeef Broth
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 2Large Onions (quartered or julienne)
  5. 4Poblano peppers (julienne)
  6. 2Jalapenos (diced)
  7. 2 tbspParsley
  8. 2 tbspBasil
  9. 4 tbspKnorr Chicken Bouillon
  10. Queso fresco
  11. Mexican sour cream
  12. Corn Tortillas (flour if preferred)

Steps

12.5 hours
  1. 1

    Put pork shoulder in roaster. Add all other ingredients. Set roaster to 225 degrees.

  2. 2

    After cooking for 12.5 hours shred for tacos.

    When plating put meat first followed by Onions and Poblanos. Gently squeeze taco at this point to remove juice (trust me even after that you will still bathe in it). Then add Queso Fresco. Drizzle Mexican Sour Cream. Top with Parsley
