Remove seeds from peppers Cut off some of the top. Take what you just cut off and chop it up for later.

Brown beef Remove grease Add those diced pepper remains add taco seasoning and about half the water the package says too ***Boil water put peppers into water for 5 minutes take out and leave to dry***

Add corn (drained) Add tomatoes (as is) add rice (uncooked remove from the bag) to the beef. Simmer for 15 minutes.

With about 2 minutes left add some mexican style cheese add the other taco seasoning packet stir in and use little to no water Put the peppers in a 8X8 pan then stuff the peppers with the beef mix. When they are full pour the rest of what you have into the center and the sides pack it in Add cheese to the top cover with foil turn the oven on 350 throw pan in oven leave for 25-30 minutes. Really no reason to preheat when it'll be in there for 30 minutes everything is already cooked just added a few last minute touches for everything so don't worry about it

Take out of oven put on a plate add some of the extra beef top with salsa sour cream or what ever your heart desires
